1.The introduction of rotary drum dryer
The rotary drum dryer mainly made up of steel engine base, wok, lifter & stock guide device in the wok, rolling ring & riding wheel, drive motor.
The rotary drum dryer is equipped on the furnace; the pan body is contacted directly with the flame for heating, then the pan body transfers the heat to the gypsum, furthermore heating and frying to the gypsum; this drier adopts interval feeding and discharging, timely frying method.
Rotary drum dryer is combine the technology of rotary drier and food wok machine, specialized for frying the β-semi-water model gypsum and construction gypsum
2.The structural component of rotary drum dryer 
 Rotary drum dryer mainly consists of steel machine base, wok, frying pan which has scatter plate, stock guide, riding ring and transmission mechanism
Wok was installed on the furnace, so the furnace body can get the heat directly
Then the heat was passed to gypsum and fry the gypsum in this way
The wok machine use intermittent way to charge or discharge the material and timing frying
This machine is specialized developed for frying β-semi-hydrated gypsum powder and architectural gypsum powder on the base of the technology of rotary dryer 
3.Working principle of rotary drum dryer 
Material to be dried enters the drier, and as the drier rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the drier.
When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of the drier, passing through the hot gas stream as it falls.
