(1) When the dryer works, the raw material passes through the chute into the guide plate of the dryer. With the rotation of the cylinder, the raw material is led to the center of the drum, which is promoted to the center of the cylinder, and gradually sprinkles to form the material curtain.
(2)The air with high temperature flows through the raw material, preheating and evaporating some moisture. When the raw material is sprayed and moved onto the movable grate fender, the material is mixed with the preheated grate flange, which transfers heat to the material and evaporates part of the moisture.
(3) At the same time, the flood-out pattern which is buried in the material, sprinkles, repeat many times, the material and heat flow convection and contact heat exchange. (5)With the continuous rotation of the cylinder, some moisture evaporates and the sludge is further dried.

5. Characteristics of rotary dryer mechanical design
