Fly ash rotary drum dryer/brown coal rotary dryer/coal slurry drying machine for factory price can be used in kinds of materials in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and mining industry.
It mainly consists of drum barrel, roll ring, wheel geer, lifting board, chain, reduction gears and motor etc parts.
Working principles
Fly ash dryer is suitable for the fly ash, phosphogypsum and titanium gypsum industrial dust, waste residue, such as drying, its working principle is as follows: powder or granular fly ash by belt type feeder to the feeder, again by feeder to fly ash conveying in dry inside the cylinder, the fly ash in a drying drum under uniform of copy board flipping, evenly dispersed in contact with the hot air fully and achieve drying of heat and mass transfer. After drying of the fly ash in the roller end by discharger discharge finished product, by avoiding the output belt discharging machine, complete the drying process.
Performance Features of Fly Ash Dryer

Drying process
Hot wind enter into the dryer,the wet material directly connect with the wind, evaporate water of the wet material surface,the heat transfer to wet sludge(the wind take the boil-off gases away),then lead that the humidity is lower than the internal humidity on the surface of the wet material.
The driving force for the heat make the moisture from the internal diffusion to the surface of the wet material.and then repeat the process again vaporized, vaporization and diffusion of two continuous processes, alternately conduct, which the wet material in the water to Evaporate.
1.One stage :the wet material and hot wind enter into the dryer together. inside the first stage of dryer has special crushing device.
After vigorous stirring, crushing, the wet material become little, and increasing the contact area between the wet material and hot air to dry velocity to accelerate the drying of wet material and make the wet material translate into loose which is easy to dry.
2.Two stage:the second level of dryer is reverse flow and vortex drying,Fresh air and wet material reverse direction run, turbulence greatly improved, and further increase the contact area between the wet material and hot air. To improve the efficiency of drying.
3.Three stage:the third Level of dryer is interflow and reciprocating drying, to make the wet material under the action of wind and special retainer plate.Wet material reciprocating run and go slow, the dry material run firstand fast,after reaching the drying requirements, automatic discharge.
