In order to make the grain size of limestone meet the basic requirements of lime rotary kiln, it is crushed. The crushing equipment is divided into primary and secondary crushing.

Production of calcium hydroxide equipment|Production of calcium hydroxide process equipment calcined lime principle is that limestone passes through three belts in the kiln. In the pre-tropical material with the help of flue gas temperature, evaporate water and volatilize; In the calcined zone, limestone is calcined with the help of the heat released by fuel combustion, and the limestone is decomposed to form lime; In the cooling zone, lime is cooled by heat exchange with cold air entering the kiln. Limestone generally begins to decompose CO2 at 600, and dolomite begins to decompose CO2 at 500.
Production of calcium hydroxide equipment|The production of calcium hydroxide process equipment mainly includes: raw material storage silo, raw material crusher, conveyor, one stage digester, second stage digester, third stage digester (optional), fully enclosed pulse dust collector, powder separator, finished product storage silo, automatic quantitative packaging machine (optional), intelligent control cabinet and other equipment composed of fully enclosed automatic calcium hydroxide production equipment. The whole set of equipment adopts the closed circulation winnowing powder method to make the fineness of the finished calcium hydroxide range from 100 mesh to 600 mesh, and the product can be divided into multiple stages. The working process of the lime rotary kiln is: after treatment, the qualified limestone is stored in the silo, lifted by the hoist and transported to the top silo of the preheater. The top silo of the preheater is controlled by two level gauges, and then the limestone is evenly distributed to each chamber of the preheater through the lower feeding tube. The limestone is heated to about 900 °C by the flue gas of the kiln at 1150 °C in the preheater, and about 30% is decomposed, and pushed into the lime rotary kiln by hydraulic pusher, and the limestone is sintered and decomposed into CaO and CO2 in the rotary kiln. The limestone generated after decomposition enters the cooler, where it is cooled by the cold air that is blown into the cooler to 100°C and discharged. The 600°C hot air through heat exchange enters the kiln and gas is mixed and burned. The exhaust gas enters the bag filter through the induced draft fan into the cold air, and then enters the chimney through the exhaust fan. The lime out of the cooler is fed into the lime finished product warehouse by vibrating feeder, chain bucket conveyor, bucket elevator and tape conveyor.
