Ceramic rotary kiln is one of the most important equipment for lightweight aggregate family. The main raw material of it are all kinds of clay, mudstone, slate, coal gangue, fly ash, shale, sludge and industrial solid waste.
After processing to make granulation and roasting, it becomes artificial lightweight aggregate.
Ceramic rotary kiln equipment is composed of raw material storage bin, dust control chamber, induced fan, main kiln body, coal injection system, control cabinet and so on.
The feeder in the lower part of the raw material bin, the rotary speed of kiln body and the amount of arch coal are all stepless speed regulation, with the purpose of adjusting technological parameters and obtain the maximum output under the premise of ensuring the product quality.
The auxiliary equipments for producing shale ceramsite include: crusher, filter machine, belt conveyer, loading machine, discharging machine, etc.
The auxiliary equipments for producing fly ash and clay ceramsite are: wheel mill, double shaft mixer, granulator, screen machine, belt conveyor, etc.
1. Ceramic rotary kiln has simple structure, high unit volume, long kiln life, high running rate, stable operation, high heat transfer efficiency and low heat consumption.
2. Ceramic rotary kiln is sealed with shell and the shaft contact sealing device is installed at the end of kiln to ensure the reliability of seal.
3. With a vertical preheater at the end of rotary kiln, the high temperature flue gas generated by calcination in the rotary kiln can be fully utilized to preheat the material from normal temperature to initial decomposition temperature,
which can not only greatly increase the output of rotary kiln. It can also reduce heat consumption per unit product.
1.Plastic process: suitable for clay and clay raw materials. The process is: clay → plasticizing, levelling→ roasting→ roll to make granulation → cooling → the finished product.
2, Slurry pelletizing process: suitable for fly ash or other powdered raw materials, its process: fly ash →mixing and levelling→ pelletizing → roasting → cooling→ the finished product.
3, Grinding and pelletizing process: suitable for shale, Shales and coal gangue and other raw materials, its process: shale-drying→ grinding→, pre-wetting→pelletizing→ roasting →cooling→the finished product
4, Crushing (dry process) technology: suitable for shale and other raw materials, The process is as follows: Shale→ crushing and grading→ roasting→ cooling→ the finished product.
