1. Brief Introduction
sawdust crushing machine, is particularly used to produce wood power and sawdust, which is one equipment of our wood
crushing series as well as the high efficient wood processing equipment. There are 6 models of sawdust machines made
by our company and these sawdust machines is widely used in the process of middle or small wood shaving board and
fabric board's preparation.
2. Where can be used of sawdust machine?
Sawdust is widely used at the production base of wood power or sawdust. The material is wood and tree branch. The scope
of sawdust goes like this: paper-making, edible mushrooms, wood shaving board, board of high density,charcoal made by
machine, sawdust board, MDF board and many other industries.
3. Working principles of sawdust machine
According to the different models of sawdust machines, there are low pressure and high pressure systems inside machines.
Besides, sawdust machine can be classified as pulley drive and in-line drive and also can be classified as up feeding and low feeding models. After processing of shaving equipment, wood pellet
is fine enough to put into crushing equipment and this equipment will repeat the crushing process for serval times until fan
inside will below well processed sawdust into output part. The whole workflow is easy and convenient. Last, sawdust machine
is compact of structure and reasonable of price.
