3. Working Principle of Stone Crusher
This jaw crusher uses an electric motor as the power source. The eccentric shaft is driven by a V-belt and a groove wheel through the wheels of the motor, allowing the movable jaw plate to move on the adjustment track. Therefore, the material in the crushing chamber composed of a fixed jaw plate, a movable jaw plate, and a side wind plate can be crushed and discharged through the discharge port.
The motor transmits power through a belt, driving the moving jaw to move periodically around the eccentric axial fixed jaw. When the movable jaws move upwards, the angle between the elbow joint plate and the movable jaws increases. Therefore, if the movable jaw is close to the fixed jaw, these things will be crushed. When the movable jaw of the jaw crusher moves downwards, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw decreases, and the movable jaw of the jaw crusher leaves the fixed jaw under the pulling force of the rod and spring. Finally, the crushed product is discharged from the discharge port of the jaw crusher.
