rotary kiln calcination technology is a new type of dedicated rotary kiln developed based on the calcination characteristics of Bauxite and the absorption and reference of similar rotary kilns at China and abroad. This type of rotary kiln (optionally equipped with a vertical preheater and cooler to form an energy-saving rotary kiln calcination system) has the characteristics of high raw material utilization rate, complete calcination, uniform quality, good quality, large production capacity, high operating rate, energy conservation and environmental protection, easy operation, and long service life of the whole machine.
Compared with traditional calcination methods, the bauxite rotary kiln has the following characteristics: 1. Low energy consumption, which can reduce the unit coal consumption by 40% compared to ordinary ball top converters. The product quality is superior, the stability is good, and it has a strong market price advantage. 2. Easy to operate, reliable, with few personnel and stable process. 3. Low environmental pollution, low maintenance, and high operational efficiency. 4. Suitable for various fuels such as coal gas, coal powder, and fuel oil. 5. Upgradeable to automated control, the system is more stable.
Rotary kiln is equipped with simple structure, a few wearing parts and high operation ratio which can ensure a reliable control during the production process.
1. Through technological innovation, our rotary calcinations kiln is designed with international leading wheel catch device, high precision plunger metering pump, high accuracy speed control valve and contact graphite block sealing device, etc.
2. In order to improve machinery automation, an industrial computer is used for showing the calcining condition, and a fluorescent screen is adopted for showing the simulated process flows. An infrared scanner is utilized for transmitting the calcining condition to the computer.
3. These new technologies provide our rotary calcination kiln with strong visual sense, convenient operation and reliable performance. They help stabilize thermal regulation and improve operation efficiency.
The bauxite rotary kiln is mainly composed of a rotary part, a support part, a transmission device, a kiln head cover, a kiln head and tail seal, a combustion device, etc. The kiln mouth guard and kiln tail return spoon are cast in blocks, which are easy to install and have high heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. The cold air sleeve at the kiln head is filled with cooling air, which can evenly cool the kiln head cylinder and kiln mouth guard, making it safer and more reliable. The kiln hood adopts a large volume method and a double opening kiln door structure, making the airflow more stable. The sealing of the kiln head and tail adopts a radial friction labyrinth and fish scale double sealing form, with a simple structure and easy maintenance, which is the most advanced sealing form in China. The combustion device adopts a swirl type four channel coal powder burner with fuel injection ignition device.
1. With a certain slope to the level, the whole kiln body is supported by rollers and fitted with thrust rollers to control up and down movement of the kiln body.
2. Besides main driving unit for driving system, it is also fitted with the auxiliary driving unit so as to ensure the kiln body still can rotating when the main motor is powered off and prevent it from deforming.
