Ball mill
High quality 10 t/h Wet Dry Balll Mill Grinding Machine Limestone granite cement coal lump
Product description
Ball mill is a key equipment for grinding and crushing materials, widely used in powder production lines such as cement, silicate, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizers, ferrous and non-ferrous metal beneficiation, and glass ceramics. Ball mills can grind various ores and other materials, including dry and wet types. Due to the different discharge methods, there are two types of ball mills: grid type and overflow type.
Widely used in industries such as construction materials and chemical industry, such as cement, fireproof materials, bauxite, diamond sand, glass raw materials, construction sand, stone, metallurgical slag, etc.
A ball mill is a type of grinding machine used to grind crushed materials into extremely fine powder. This series of ball mills is mainly suitable for industrial and mining enterprises such as placer gold, copper, lead, manganese, iron slag, silver, aluminum, limestone, gypsum powder, metallurgy, building materials, chemical and other grindable materials. It can be used for wet and dry grinding, open circuit grinding, and circular grinding of power feeders. This machine has the advantages of reasonable design, strong adaptability to raw materials, fast operation speed, high crushing rate, large capacity, and convenient operation.
Ball Mill Working Principle:
A ball mill is a horizontal rotating device driven by external gears. The material is uniformly transmitted to the grinding chamber through the sleeve shaft. There are stepped pads, corrugated pads, and steel balls of different specifications in the chamber. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cylinder carries the steel ball to a certain height and impacts and grinds the material. The ground material is discharged through the discharge plate, and the grinding process is completed.
Ball Mill Applications and Features:
Ball mills are mainly used for grinding materials in industries such as minerals, cement, refractory materials, and chemical engineering. There are two types of ball mills: dry and wet. During the operation of a wet ball mill, a certain amount of water and other liquids are added to the material to improve its flow capacity and thus increase production capacity. During the operation of a dry ball mill, the decrease in material flow capacity can affect production capacity. Therefore, it is necessary to install an air suction device at the outlet of the ball mill, and then form a negative pressure inside the ball mill to increase material flow and improve production capacity.
1. The lining can be replaced.
2. Mineral ball mill is an effective tool for grinding many materials into fine powder.
3.There are two ways to grind: dry method and wet method.
4.The final particle size depends entirely on the hardness of the material you grind.
5.When the drum rotates, the material is crushed between separate grinding media, which mix and crush the product into fine powder within a few hours.
Ball mill is the important equipment for recrushing the materials after they are primarily crushed. It is an efficient tool for grinding various materials into powder. There are two ways of grinding: the dry process and the wet process. It can be divided into tabular type and flowing type according to different forms of discharging material. Ball mill is widely used in metallurgy, chemical, mining, cement, construction, industrial and mining industries etc.
Applicable materials
Wet and dry operation, It is used for fine grinding of feldspar, quartz, clay, ore and other raw materials.
