1. Product Description of Wet Ball Mill
According to the mode of discharging, there are MQG series dry lattice ball mill, the MQS series wet lattice ball mill, the MQY series wet overflow ball mill, the MQZ series peripheral discharge ball mill.
Accroding to the liner type, there are A series (high manganese steel liner, Magnetic liner) standard type and B series (rubber liner, high aluminum liner, silica liner, ceramic liner) energy saving type;
According to the transmission mode, there are edge drive ball mill and center drive ball mill.
2. Working Principle of Wet Ball Mill
Ball mill is lattice ball mill having horizontal cylindrical rotary device, external gear transmission, two warehouses.
The material is uniformly entered into the first bin of the mill by the feeding device through the hollow shaft helix.
After the material has been rough ground in the first warehouse, it enters the second warehouse through the single layer partition board,
which is lined with flat lining board and steel ball inside, and the material will be further ground. Then the powder is discharged from the grate plate to finish the grinding operation.
