1.Introduction for sand stone maker
Brief Introduction of Sand making Production Line:
Large stone is transported to jaw crusher via vibrating feeder for primary crushing. Then crushed material is transported to sand making machine. Then the stones are screened out into several different types with a vibrating screen. Stone with satisfied size

2.Working principle of sand stone maker
Materials fall into the hopper and then through the central well enter the high speed rotator which will throw out the materials with high speed. Firstly, the materials strike with the materials that are free falling down. Secondly, materials strike the materials-liner in the vortex or the impact liner and are rebounded to the top of crushing cavity and then deflecting fall down. Thirdly, the falling materials with the shoot materials form a continuous materials curtain. Lastly, crushed materials be discharged from the under discharging opening
The material vertically falls into the impeller rotating at a high speed, under high speed centrifugal force function, crushes with another part diverging in umbrella shape. After materials mutually crush, they will form turbulent flow to have repeated mutual crushing, rubbing and breaking between the impeller and the case, then the material are directly discharged from the bottom, realize finished product granularity through screening device control.
3.Features of sand stone maker
1. Advanced doublepump oil lubrication system guarantee shaft bearing lower temperature increase, longer life time, more reliable operation.
2. Main shaft is equipped with imported precision rolling bearing. It makes main shaft work stable, lengthen maintenance cycle, increases productivity.
3. Hydraulic lifting mechanism of upper cover can move away the cover easily, which saves man power during maintenance.
4. Overvibration device is equipped. There will be alarm when vibration surpasses a stipulated figure. It will stop the machine, in order to protect it.
