Calcium Aluminate Rotary KilnIntroductin of Calcium Aluminate Rotary Kiln
Rotary kiln means Rotary calciner kiln (commonly known as rotary kiln), belonging to building materials equipment.
According to different materials, Rotary kiln can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln.
Cement kiln is mainly used for calcining cement clinker, including two categories of dry and wet cement production kiln.
Metallurgy chemical kiln is mainly used in metallurgy industry, steel plants depleted iron ore magnetic roasting; chromium, nickel, iron ore roasting;
refractories plant bauxite mine calcining, alumina plant clinker and aluminum hydroxide calcining;
chemical plant chrome ore sand and chrome ore powder roasting. Limekiln is (ie, active lime) for firing lime and light burned dolomite in steel plant and ferroalloy plant.
Through technical renovation, the advanced hydraulic thrust roller device, the plunger pump with high measuring precession, variable speed adjusted valve, graphite block sealing device and advanced technologies of other countries has been adopted for the manufacturing of calcining system equipment of rotary kiln. In order to improve automation degree, the industrial TV at the kiln head has been used for monitoring of kiln; the simulation phosphor screen has been used for display of process flow, and the infrared scanning system has been adopted for calcining zone to directly reflect the burning conditions on the computer. With the utilization of these new technologies, it is directly related to vision, convenient for operation and reliable in use. Therefore, the thermal condition can remain in a stable state and the running rate of equipment may be improved. Compared to the same size of the equipment, its running rate has been increased more than 10%, and productivity has been increased 5-10% and heat consumption has been reduced to less than 15%.
Rotary kiln is equipped with simple structure, a few wearing parts and high operation ratio which can ensure a reliable control during the production process.
1. Through technological innovation, our rotary calcinations kiln is designed with international leading wheel catch device, high precision plunger metering pump, high accuracy speed control valve and contact graphite block sealing device, etc.
2. In order to improve machinery automation, an industrial computer is used for showing the calcining condition, and a fluorescent screen is adopted for showing the simulated process flows. An infrared scanner is utilized for transmitting the calcining condition to the computer.
3. These new technologies provide our rotary calcination kiln with strong visual sense, convenient operation and reliable performance. They help stabilize thermal regulation and improve operation efficiency.
