1. This Rubber machine is used for crushing rubber and plastic. The roll made of alloy chilled cast iron is better than those of common chilled cast iron.
2. The interior of the two rolls is empty and spray type. The temperature of roll surface is even.
3. To assure the safety, we install emergency pulling up equipment. Convenient range adjustment is set in manually operation. The safety shut down in manual operation is set, with the function of automatic crawl back swing the roll.
4. Convenient range adjustment is set in manually operation. The whole machine adopts channel-bottom head for convenient carrying and maintance.

The rubber power that recycled from the scrap tires are wildly used in the industries.It is mainly used as modified asphalt for highway construction and it is one of the boggest consumption markets for rubber granula.
1.Modeified asphalt
The road adopted rubber power modified asphalt is more durable,less flaw and weathere fastness better than the ordinary road.With the rubber power modified asphalt,the road could avoid getting soft and flowing or being full of cracks due to the high temperature and cold weather,besides,it could lower the noise etc.To pave a teo-way six-lane highway with rubber power modified asphalt,each kilometer will consume the rubber power making from from 10000 wasted tire.
2.Rubber track
Plastic runway is also called the all-weather track and field sports runway.It is composed of PUP blended polyether,waste rubber tire,EPDM rubber granule or PU particles,flesibility,physical characteristics of stable permance,appropriate for athletes speed and skill to play,effectively improve performance,reduce the rate of fall.Plastic runway is composed of polyurethane material such as rubber,with certain elasticity and color,a certain ability to resisst ultraviolet ray and aging resistance force,so the plastic runway is internationally recognized as the best all-weather outdoor sports ground floor material.
3.Rubber product which is produced by replacing raw rubber with rubber power
It is possible to produce sebific duct rubber overshoes,rubber belt and tire etc. by using rubber power individually or reclaimed rubber instead of part of raw rubber.
4.Reclaimed rubber
The rubber power will be reclaimed rubber after being processde,under a high temperature and High-pressure desulfurization.The reclaimed rubber is a main material for making rubber product.
5.Speed bump
Speed bump is a traffic facilities installed on the road which making vehicle deceleration,general for strip shape,also has a point,material is mainly rubber.
Rubber speed bump has good cushioning effect,excellent pressure resistance,long service life,less wear and tear,the car less noise,yellow and black,the color is clear,do not need to pain again every year.
