The Magnetic Separator can separate raw materials with different magnetic rigidities. The machine works under the magnetic force and machine force.

Its magnetic system is a ring-shape chain closed magnetic circuit with energizing coils made of copper tube and cooled internally by water. Grooved plates made of magnetic conductive stainless steel are used as magnetic matrix.

Applications
Dry type Magnetic Separator is mainly applicable for the coarse granule magnetic mineral like beach placer and river sand. It is also could be used at the primary separation of the magnetic mineral. The than magnetized coefficient is no less than 3000×10-6cm³/g.
(a) For pre-separation of low-grade ores, to pre-concentrate ores, raise ore grade and reduce production cost.
(b) For re-separation of tails, to recover relatively rich iron ore tailing.
(c) For magnetic purification of dry fines of pyrite cinder.
(d) To effectively remove iron from non-magnetic materials with lower cost.
(e) For purification of concentrated fines, to remove lean associated materials and gangue from concentrated iron fines, lead to the grade improvement of fines and increase the technically-added value of products
Installation
(1)Manufacturing and installation of process metal structures of the plant:
Including steel hopper, steel chute, steel platforms for operation and steel support; excluding civil engineering, steel structure platform and steel structure work of the workshop.
(2)Manufacturing and installation of process pipelines of the plant:
Mainly including pipelines of slurry, water, gas and reagent, valves, elbows, flanges and fasteners; water pipelines excluding parts from water source to the plant, tailings pipelines excluding parts from exit of tailings pipe to tailings dam.
(3)Manufacturing and Installation of distribution boards and operation control cabinets, laying of electric wire and cable, lighting fixtures.
