1. Introduction of rotary dryer machine
Rotary dryer machine refers to designing drying machine for drying a large number of materials. Due to reliable operation, flexible operation, strong adaptability and big processing capacity, it is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, light industry and other sectors.
Rotary dryer machine is generally suitable for granular material, and can also be partially mixed with dry material to dry viscous paste material or material with high moisture content, and has been successfully used in granulating drying of solution material (slurry).
3. Working Principle of rotary dryer machine
(1) When the dryer works, the raw material passes through the chute into the guide plate of the dryer. With the rotation of the cylinder, the raw material is led to the center of the drum, which is promoted to the center of the cylinder, and gradually sprinkles to form the material curtain.
(2)The air with high temperature flows through the raw material, preheating and evaporating some moisture. When the raw material is sprayed and moved onto the movable grate fender, the material is mixed with the preheated grate flange, which transfers heat to the material and evaporates part of the moisture.
(3) At the same time, the flood-out pattern which is buried in the material, sprinkles, repeat many times, the material and heat flow convection and contact heat exchange. Also buried in the material cleaning device, also along the arc The inner side of the lifting plate slips, cleaning the material attached to the inner wall of the lifting board.
(4) When the cleaning device turns the vertical line with the cylinder, it is then dragged on the back of the arc lifting plate, and the material adhered to the outer wall of the lifting plate is swept down.
(5)With the continuous rotation of the cylinder, some moisture evaporates and the sludge is further dried.

5. Characteristics of rotary dryer machine
