1.The application scope of  Zinc ash seperator

The zinc ash separator consists of three parts: crushing, separating and removing dust.

When the zinc ash enters the separator, it is subjected to mechanical force.

The metal in the separator is deformed but the weight will not change, and it is discharged at the bottom of the machine.Impurity and zinc oxide are crushed into very fine powder by blower.

The fine powder is collected in the separator, and the gas is discharged into the dust collector.After the filter of the dust collector, the clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere.

The collected metal zinc can be melted into zinc ingots, and fine powder can be directly sold or processed downstream products.
