1. Introduction of Rotary dryer:
It mainly consists of rotary body, raw material feeding plate, driving and supporting device, etc. It is mainly used for chemical, metallurgical, building materials industries, such as fertilizer, sawdust,wood chips,manure,cement, mineral. Its advantages are as follows: high dry capacity, smooth rotation, lower energy consumption, easy operation, high output and so on.
2. Working principle of Rotary dryer:
Rotary dryer is mainly consisted of rotary body, raw material feeding plate, driving and supporting device, etc. Its principle of operation: The raw material plate which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles in order, throws moisture materials into the rotary cylinder. Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow and changed into vapor to be discharged into the atmosphere. Then the materials would be dried.
Materials are sent to hopper of rotary dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator. The barrel is installed with slope to horizontal line. Materials enter the barrel from the higher side, and hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, materials and hot air mix together. Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel rotates. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down to make materials and hot air mix completely. So drying efficiency is improved.
3. Output of Rotary dryer:
Our company has the annual output of 44,000 tons, 88,000 tons, 100,000 tons, 200,000 tons and 300,000 tons complete compound fertilizer/cement production line. We can provide on-site design, materials experimental, equipment installation and debugging, and the turnkey project of complete production line.
