The Rotary drum dryer is suitable for drying organic fertilizers, slag, clay, limestone, wood materials, phosphogypsum, steel plant slag, power plant slag, power plant coal sludge, and sewage treatment plant sludge in various ways. It has the characteristics of strong drying ability, stable performance, low energy consumption, convenient operation, and large capacity.
After the machine undergoes wet granulation, the formed particles will be sent to the dryer and eventually become 5% water content. Then the dried particles can be bagged.
Suitable materials are not just fertilizers. You can dry any powder or particle/particle/particle material.
Main Features
2--Features of vacuum dryer
1. The cost can be reduced to 15%.
2. The final moisture of the materials is ensured to be below 0.5%, making it the first choice of dry-mixed mortar and slag powder production line.
3. The self heat preservation heat efficiency of the cylinder can reach as high as 70%, thus improving the heat efficiency by 35%.
4. The fuel can be coal, gas and oil, and it can be used for drying lump, granulous and powdery materials whose granularity is below 20mm.
5. Compared with monocular dryer machine, its floor space is reduced by about 50%, infrastructure investment reduced by about 50% and electricity consumption reduced by 60%.
6. The needed final water content index can be easily regulated according to customers' requirement.
7. The temperature of the air out is low and the service life of the dust removing equipment is long.
8. It doesn't need rack wheel and pinion driving, but uses riding wheel for transmission.
3-- Vacuum dryer
Structure
1) Vacuum dryer is formed by rotary body, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device and sealing ring.
2)It is mainly composed of shell, back and forth supporting wheel, feeding and discharging unit and gear cap. The accessories which are not in the the scope of this machine include firebox, feeding and discharging equipment, dust catcher, etc.
