Application of Ceramic Kiln

1.Through technological innovation, our rotary calcinations kiln is designed with international leading wheel catch device, high presion plunger metering pump, high accuracy speed control valve and contact graphite block sealing device, etc.
2. In order to improve machinery automation, an industrial computer  is used for showing the calcining condition, and a fluorescent screen is adopted for showing the process flows. An infrared scanner is utilized for transmitting the cacining condition to the computer.
3. These new technologies provide our rotary calcination kiln with strong visual sense, convenient operation and reliable performance. They help stabilize thermal regulation and improve operation efficiency.

The structure of production
The ceramic rotary kiln equipment is composed of a rotary cylinder, a supporting device, a supporting device with a retaining wheel, a kiln head, a kiln tail sealing device, a coal injection pipe device and other parts. The kiln body is at a certain slope with the horizontal, and the entire kiln body is supported by a carrier wheel device, and there is a gear blocking device that controls the up and down movement of the kiln body. In addition to setting the main drive, the transmission part is also equipped with an auxiliary transmission device to ensure that the kiln body can still rotate slowly and prevent the kiln body from deforming when the main drive power supply is interrupted. The kiln head adopts shell type seal, and the kiln tail is equipped with axial contact sealing device to ensure the reliability of the seal.

Working principle

 

Working Principle of Ceramic Kiln
1. with a certain slope to the level, the whole kiln body is supported by rollers and fitted with thrust rollers to control up and down movement of the kiln body.
2.Besides main friving unit for driving system, it is also fitted with the auxiliary driving uint so as to ensure the  kiln body still can rotating when the main motor is powered off and prevent it from deforming.
