Active Lime rotary kiln is a key industrial equipment used for calcining limestone, which decomposes limestone (CaCO3) into quicklime (CaO) and carbon dioxide (CO2) through high-temperature treatment. Its core structure includes a rotating cylinder, support device, transmission system, burner, and dust removal equipment. The working principle is that limestone enters from the kiln tail, slowly moves towards the kiln head with the rotation of the cylinder, completes the decomposition reaction at a high temperature of 1200-1450 ℃, and finally discharges the finished quicklime from the kiln head.

Cement rotary kiln is the core equipment in cement production, used for the calcination of cement clinker. It belongs to a type of calcination thermal equipment, mainly used to convert raw materials such as limestone, clay, and iron ore into cement clinker through high-temperature calcination. Its working principle is based on the material inside the rotating cylinder undergoing a series of physical and chemical reactions in a high-temperature environment, ultimately forming cement products that meet standards.

Sponge iron rotary kiln is a direct reduction ironmaking process that uses a rotary kiln as a reactor to directly reduce iron ore to sponge iron through solid-state reduction reaction of solid carbon at 950-1100 ℃.  ‌
Solid phase reduction is carried out at 950-1100 ℃, and a large number of micro pores are formed due to oxygen loss during reduction. The product has a sponge like structure, low carbon content, and high compressive strength, which can replace scrap steel for electric furnace steelmaking
