2. Working Principle of Wood Chips Rotary Drum Dryer
(1) The material enters the inner layer of the rotary drum from the feeding device to realize downstream drying. The material is continuously copied down the inner plate of the inner layer, and the scattering is spirally moving to realize heat exchange.
(2)Then the material is moved to the other end of the inner layer to enter the middle layer. And the countercurrent drying is carried out ,the materials are repeatedly carried forward in the middle layer , and the materials are continuously repeated in the middle layer , so that the material absorbs the heat generated by the inner drum in the middle layer and absorbs the heat of the middle drum. Meanwhile, the drying time is prolonged, and the material achieves the best drying state .
