The brief introduce of Copper Flotation Separator Production Line
The flotation machine is structured by tank, stator, impeller, bubble blowing device, etc. Generally, the tank is even, and a joint four-slot is more often. There is gate room between the tanks. Driving device is composed of pulleys, bearings, shaft, stator, the impeller, air suction pipe and other parts. Besides, spoilers were placed on the bottom of each tank to make the slurry stable and the homogeneous disperse uniformly.
Working principle of Copper Flotation Separator Production Line
The impeller is rotated by V-belt of motor and produces negative pressure by centrifugal function.
Enough air is sucked to mix slurry, and slurry mixes drug at the same time. Mineral sticks on bubble completely and floats on the surface of slurry to form mineralized bubble. Useful bubble is scraped out by adjusting flashboard height and controlling liquid surface.
