Working principle

Working principle:

The main bearing and each dial are driven by electromotor of main equipment through reducer, and numbers of ring and rolls which are rolling in the ring channels are driven by dial through plunger. After being crushed by hammer crusher, the big materials become small ones and they are sent to the storage bin by elevator. The electromagnetic vibrating feeder sends them to the edge of dial by centrifugal force, and ground by the grinding rings and rolls. Then the materials fall into the second and third ring and crushed and ground. The high pressure centrifugal blower inhales air from the outside and blow the materials which are ground in the third ring to powder Seperator. 
The material is crushed into small particles by the crusher and sent to the storage hopper by the bucket elevator.
Then the electromagnetic vibration feeder feeds the crushed material into the main machine for grinding.




Be processed materials into the Raymond Mill host the grinding chamber, due to the spindle rotates, centrifugal force, the roller swings out, pressed on the grinding ring.Between the blade to scoop up the materials sent to the grinding ring rolling mill rolls to achieve grinding, smash purpose, Material grinding, the powder with the blower cycle wind sorting through the analysis machine, fine through coarse material falls back to the grinding chamber to re-grinding, qualified powder with the air flow into the cyclone powder collector, through a powder discharge pipels finished.Airflow through the cyclone powder collector and then enter the blower to form a closed loop, so that the machine work properly and continuously.I wind through more than duct from the plane into the dust after purification.
Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, and then the crushed materials are elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder, evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between ring and roller to accomplish the grind.

After this, the ground stuff is carried by the air from the blower into the separator for screening. The fine powers are blow into the cyclone collector and are poured out through the output-powder valve as the final products and the rough stuff after the screening will be recycled back into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The set's airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated under condition of negative and positive pressure.

Installation Instructions

 

The operation and maintenance:

(1)  The raw material should be put into the machine after the machine running normally. 
(2 ) This machine is not allowed to state with the material in the machine. If the machine is stopped
because of stoppage, the residual material in the machine should be cleared. Then start the machine again.
(3) The material should be put into the machine uniformity, not sometimes much sometimes less.
It's better to use a feeding equipment.
(4) The bearing part should be add butter regularly.
(5) Every bolts should be checked to avoid flexible.
(6) The bearing should be changed in time if it is damaged to avoid damage other parts.
(7) While the machine is running formally, you should check if there is abnormal sound in the reducer  box and or bearing part, if there is a too high temperature, if there is too big motor current and so on.If it happened, you should stop the machine to remedy of the trouble.
(8) The motor V-belt should be removed while examine and repair the machine for your safe.
