In cement industry, rotary kiln is the major equipment of burning raw cement into clinker in chemical industry, rotary kiln can produce saleratus, burn phosphor fertilizer and barium sulphide, and more, in metallurgy industry, it is used to produce aluminum hydroxide
It can be used for drying many kinds of materials limestone slag, coal powder, slag, clay stone
Its highest temperature can reach 1, 600 to 1, 700 degree Celsius
Energy saving bauxite kiln features:
The dryer has advantages of reasonable structure, high efficiency, low energy consumption and convenient for transportation, and convenient and reliable operation
Therefore, the consumption of the coal and the electricity is lower than the common ones, while the production capacity is higher than 10 to 15%.

Bauxite rotary kiln is organized by rotary part, supporting device, Gearing device, kiln head hood, sealing of the kiln head and back, burning device.Kiln guard and feeding spoon in the kiln back is casted separately, which is convenient for installation,and it has high resistance and corrosion, wear resistance, the cooling wind in the cold air kit can cool the cylinder and the opening guard evenly.by doing this ,the kiln is more safe and reliable kiln head hood is made with the large volume and the kiln door face 10 faces, which make the air more stable.The sealingof kiln head and back is double sealed by the convenient maintenance. Burning device adopt the swirling four- channel pulverized coal burner with the device of Fuel Injection and Ignitioo.
