The heating source of the electric heating rotary kiln is outside the furnace tube.

The equipment is mainly used for high temperature oxidation (magnetic material iron oxide, cobalt oxide, manganese oxide, zinc oxide, molybdenum oxide, In industries such as vanadium oxide, tungsten oxide) reaction, high temperature reduction (manganese oxide vanadium oxide) reaction, chemical molecular sieve roasting and so on.
The maximum working temperature of granulated or powdered materials can be up to 1100 ºC, and the material is indirectly heated by electric energy.

3. Working principle of EAF Zinc Oxide Rotary Kiln
The raw material is decomposed, fired and cooled in kiln, and the clinker is fired and unmounted from the lower end of the kiln to enter the cooler.
The fuel is injected into the kiln head and burned in the kiln, the heat emitted from the kiln heats the raw material,
so that the raw material is calcined into clinker, the hot air formed in the process of heat exchange with the material is entered into the kiln tail system from the kiln feed end, and finally the air is discharged from the chimney into the atmosphere.
