1. Introdution of  Calcined kaolin process

Calcining kaolin in rotary kiln is a widely used method for producing special kaolin products.

 It has four calcination temperature ranges of 700 ºC, 925 ºC, 1000 ºC and 1400 ºC.

The calcined kaolin can be used as filler for cable plastic and rubber sealing ring, and kaolin calcined at 1000 ºC can be used as paper filler instead of Tio2,. Kaolin calcined at 1 500 ºC can be used as filler for refractory products and lining of optical glass crucible.
