Lime kiln technology advanced, structure simple, low preheater can effectively improve the preheating, the decomposition rate of limestone into the kiln after preheated up to 20-25%, effectively raising the rotary kiln production,reduce the heat dissipation. Main Features

 

Features of lime kiln: 

Rotary kiln is equipped with simple structure, a few wearing parts and high operation ratio which can ensure a reliable control during the production process.

1. Through technological innovation, our rotary calcinations kiln is designed with international leading wheel catch device, high precision plunger metering pump, high accuracy speed control valve and contact graphite block sealing device, etc.
2.  In order to improve machinery automation, an industrial computer is used for showing the calcining condition, and a fluorescent screen is adopted for showing the simulated process flows. An infrared scanner is utilized for transmitting the calcining condition to the computer.
3.  These new technologies provide our rotary calcination kiln with strong visual sense, convenient operation and reliable performance. They help stabilize thermal regulation and improve operation efficiency.

 Slaked lime production line Features:
1. Advanced structure, low pressure loss vertical preheater can effectively improve the preheating effect, the preheated limestone into the kiln decomposition rate can reach 20-25%, and can directly use 10-15mm fine-grained limestone;
2. Reliable rotary kiln two-end combined scale sealing. Make the air leakage coefficient less than 10% use composite refractories to reduce radiant heat loss;
3. Filled, zoned ventilation circular or square vertical cooler, so that the lime temperature of the cooler is 800C + ambient temperature, which is convenient for transportation and storage, and can preheat the secondary air into the kiln to more than 7000C, reducing moving parts and special materials.
4. High quality of raw materials and good quality of lime; The fuel has a high calorific value and low quantity consumption.
5. The limestone particle size is proportional to the calcination time; The activity of quicklime is inversely proportional to the calcination time and calcination temperature.
Limestone crushing process and equipment:
In order to make the grain size of limestone meet the basic requirements of lime rotary kiln, it is crushed. The crushing equipment is divided into primary and secondary crushing.
The first-level crushing equipment includes jaw crusher, gyratory crusher and hammer crusher, the former two are suitable for limestone with high silicon content and high hardness, and hammer crushing is suitable for general limestone.
The secondary crushing equipment includes impact crusher, cone crusher and hammer crusher. They mainly crush and shape the coarsely broken limestone.

Limestone calcination equipment:

Lime calcination is a series of physical changes and chemical reaction process, in the lime rotary kiln fuel combustion heat transfer methods both convective heat transfer and radiation heat transfer two main heat transfer methods.
Production of calcium hydroxide equipment|Production of calcium hydroxide process equipment calcined lime principle is that limestone passes through three belts in the kiln. In the pre-tropical material with the help of flue gas temperature, evaporate water and volatilize; In the calcined zone, limestone is calcined with the help of the heat released by fuel combustion, and the limestone is decomposed to form lime; In the cooling zone, lime is cooled by heat exchange with cold air entering the kiln. Limestone generally begins to decompose CO2 at 600, and dolomite begins to decompose CO2 at 500.
Production of calcium hydroxide equipment|The production of calcium hydroxide process equipment mainly includes: raw material storage silo, raw material crusher, conveyor, one stage digester, second stage digester, third stage digester (optional), fully enclosed pulse dust collector, powder separator, finished product storage silo, automatic quantitative packaging machine (optional), intelligent control cabinet and other equipment composed of fully enclosed automatic calcium hydroxide production equipment. The whole set of equipment adopts the closed circulation winnowing powder method to make the fineness of the finished calcium hydroxide range from 100 mesh to 600 mesh, and the product can be divided into multiple stages. Production of calcium hydroxide equipment|production of calcium hydroxide process equipment to produce finished products from equipment specifications: 2-3 tons/hour, 5-6 tons/hour, 8-10 tons/hour, 15 tons/hour, 20 tons/hour and other product specifications. Product quality is fully in line with industry standards and requirements. The purity of the products produced by the equipment is greater than or equal to 97%, and the water content is less than or equal to 1%. It is an ideal product for environmental protection in the fields of coatings, power plant desulfurization, water purification and water quality pH adjustment.
The working process of the lime rotary kiln is: after treatment, the qualified limestone is stored in the silo, lifted by the hoist and transported to the top silo of the preheater. The top silo of the preheater is controlled by two level gauges, and then the limestone is evenly distributed to each chamber of the preheater through the lower feeding tube. The limestone is heated to about 900 °C by the flue gas of the kiln at 1150 °C in the preheater, and about 30% is decomposed, and pushed into the lime rotary kiln by hydraulic pusher, and the limestone is sintered and decomposed into CaO and CO2 in the rotary kiln. The limestone generated after decomposition enters the cooler, where it is cooled by the cold air that is blown into the cooler to 100°C and discharged. The 600°C hot air through heat exchange enters the kiln and gas is mixed and burned. The exhaust gas enters the bag filter through the induced draft fan into the cold air, and then enters the chimney through the exhaust fan. The lime out of the cooler is fed into the lime finished product warehouse by vibrating feeder, chain bucket conveyor, bucket elevator and tape conveyor. Whether to carry out screening and other processes according to customer requirements.
Production of calcium hydroxide equipment|The fuel used for calcining lime in the rotary kiln of calcium hydroxide process equipment can be divided into 1. Solid fuels, such as coal, coke, etc. according to its state; 2. Liquid fuels, such as heavy oil, kerosene, diesel, etc.; 3. Gas fuels, such as liquefied petroleum gas, furnace gas, natural gas, etc.

Working principle

 


Working principle of lime kiln:

1. With a certain slope to the level, the whole kiln body is supported by rollers and fitted with thrust rollers to control up and down movement of the kiln body.
2. Besides main driving unit for driving system, it is also fitted with the auxiliary driving unit so as to ensure the kiln body still can rotating when the main motor is powered off and prevent it from deforming.
