Three drum rotary dryer adopt the newest energy saving technology in Europe-Inlay structure.Inner drum(cylinder),middle drum(cylinder) and outer cylinder are formed together into one self-insulated structure,Out of the drum,it is also covered by the insulated materials and steel less plate which is to reduce the hot less,and then the thermal efficiency is improved.Special loss of the wind tunnel.By increasing the heat exchange area and the Evaporation per unit volume,the heat utilization rate is improved significantly.The thermal efficiency can be improved about 40%,and the energy cost can be saved more than 50%.Due to that the area covered by the equipment is decreased,the base investment of the customer is reduced,it is suitable for coal,oil,gas and other many fuel,the user can choose the fule according to their own situation.
Characteristics
Three Drum rotary dryer for sawdust is mainly applied for stoving slag, sand, coal, fly ash, iron powder, ore, quartz sand and other particle materials. It has the following characteristics:
1. The cylinder protect itself, thermal efficiency can up to 95%.The whole length of the dryer reduced to 50% approximately than mono-cylinder and reduced land investment to 50% approximately
2. Cylinder adopts heat-resistant and wear-resistant steel plate welding with long service life and easy maintenance..High thermal efficiency , temperature of outer cylinder is 60or below(temperature of outer mono-cylinder is high to 150°C)
3. Low temperature of outlet, long-service of dust removal machine. It also can be directly connected to air box pulse bag filter.
4. Without gear and pinion drive, but wheel rotation applied, level operation of the complete machine makes system simple and reasonable.
5. Air heater could match boiling furnace, or oil furnace can also be applied, which can dry materials with size below 20mm.
6. Final moisture index can be adjusted according to requirements of customers.
Working principle of three drum rotary dryer
According to testing, the double-canister dryer has high thermal efficiency which exceeds 50% of traditional single canister dryer with obvious energy-saving effect and coal saving.
For scientific, rational, high efficient and energy-saving dryer, the thermal exchange of material is conducted in the form of thermal current radiation and convection in inner canister while, the thermal exchange is carried out in the form of conduct and convection in outer canister.
The length of this double-canister dryer is much less than before, which is good for technical layout. Its entire length is shorter than 50% of single-canister dryer to retrench the workshop floor area and project investment, which is more suitable for technical transformation in old workshop.
